Our websites start at £400. There are four fixed-price packages: Landing at £400, Trades at £500, Pro at £700 and Premium at £1,200. The price is agreed in writing before any work starts, so the figure you are quoted is the figure you pay.

Yes. Every package has a published fixed price and a written scope agreed before we start. There is no hourly rate and no monthly subscription for the build, and you will know exactly what the final cost is before you agree to go ahead. If you need something that does not fit neatly into one of the four packages, tell us what you have in mind and we will quote a custom fixed price, in writing, with no obligation.

Every package is a professional, hand-coded website built around your business, so you only pay for what you actually need. All four include a fully responsive design, your branding and colours, a working contact form, links to your social profiles, a search-friendly build, full testing before launch and after-launch monitoring. The bigger packages add more pages, more help with words and pictures, animation, a gallery and reviews, a blog and longer support. The side-by-side comparison shows exactly what each one includes.

No. Our prices are all-inclusive. We are not VAT chargeable at present, so there is nothing added on top of the price you are quoted.

There are certainly cheaper options out there — some advertise basic websites from around £200. A few things are usually behind that gap, though. Low starting prices often don't include the features we build in as standard, so the real cost climbs fast once you add them. Many of these sites also run on template or subscription-based platforms, so on top of the build cost you are often paying a recurring monthly fee that can add up to hundreds of pounds a year, frequently for a bundle of generic features you will never actually use. We build fully bespoke, hand-coded websites for a genuinely fixed price — no templates, no subscriptions, no surprises. We think that makes us excellent value, and we are confident you will agree once you see the result.

No. Every site is hand-coded from scratch in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. There is no template, no page builder and no plugin subscription to maintain — which is also why they load quickly and why search engines and AI tools can read them properly.

Yes. All our sites are built to be ‘responsive’. This means that if the site is viewed on a mobile device or tablet, the layout adapts to fit the screen it is being viewed on, so it always looks good. With around 40% of web traffic now coming from mobile and tablet devices (a figure that is rising fast), this is a must-have feature for any new website.

The Trades, Pro and Premium packages include one year of domain and hosting, arranged for you. The Landing package does not include domain or hosting, but we can still help you set both up.

No, we do not host websites ourselves. To host websites securely and reliably we would need a dedicated data centre with a great deal of technical equipment and support in place, which would greatly impact the cost of the sites we produce. Instead, we partner with a web hosting company who are experts in this field. They are also able to provide domain names for clients, offer very competitive rates and provide an excellent service.

Yes, we can help you choose a domain name for your business, idea or project, and advise you so you avoid any pitfalls. You are then free to buy the domain yourself, or we can do so on your behalf. In that case we will register the domain in your (or your business's) name, so you will own it for as long as you wish.

We aim to keep your costs as low as possible, so if you have already paid for hosting we will try to use it whenever possible. One advantage of our hand-coded websites is that they are often compatible with a wider range of hosting providers than those built with, for example, WordPress. That said, we will check that your current host allows our site to be hosted within their environment. Since compatibility varies, we can't guarantee up front that we will use your existing host, but we will endeavour to do so whenever possible. If it isn't possible, we will discuss alternative options with you.

Yes, we can write the content for you. Many of our clients are simply too busy to spend time coming up with wording for their site, and we are happy to do this for you. We can build the website, create some wording for each page and even find great licensed stock photos that will help illustrate your business. We will talk through the key points you need to get across and what you are looking to achieve, then come up with wording to suit your goals. How much of this we take on depends on the package: Landing helps you shape your own wording, Trades adds wording and image assistance, and Pro and Premium come with the content and photos supplied.

Yes, you will own all the content. If you need to purchase a domain we can help with this, and it will be purchased in your (or your company's) name. Once we go live with your site, the code is uploaded into the hosted space (if you don't already have hosting, we can help with this). After final payment at go live, the code is yours and you are free at any time to update or change the code we have written.

Yes. Every package includes links to your social profiles, and social media is a great way to help your website stay up to date and relevant. For example, if you have a Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or X account for your business, we can incorporate your latest posts into your site. This helps showcase your business as up to date and active — and it also helps your site's search engine ranking. That said, if you simply don't need or want to use social media, that's absolutely fine, too.

It depends mainly on how many pages you need and how much help you want with words and pictures. Up to three pages is Landing at £400; trades wanting a complete local presence take Trades at £500; up to seven pages with animation is Pro at £700; seven pages or more with a blog and advanced features is Premium at £1,200. The 60-second finder will narrow it down if you would rather not guess, or just drop us a line and we will talk it through — no upselling, and a fixed price agreed before anything starts.

50% is payable to book your slot and the remaining 50% when your site goes live. Nothing is payable while we are still agreeing what you need, and if the scope does not suit you at that stage, nothing is owed.

We are based in East Sussex but have clients across South East England and further afield. We have worked with small businesses and individuals in Essex, Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex and across London, and more recently with clients much further afield. In short, if you are happy to talk by email, WhatsApp, FaceTime or similar apps, we can work with you wherever in the world you are, so long as you have an internet connection.
